Scottish Tours with or without Golf
At Scot Golf Travel our chosen specialization is golf. But our tours can have as little or as much golf as you want, or even no golf at all. Scotland may be a small country but there is a large amount to see, experience and explore.
Scotland's Cities offer rich culture, history & entertainment
The cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Dundee and Aberdeen can provide cultural experiences, shows, theatres, galleries, shops and cafe culture in spade loads, particularly Edinburgh during the summer with the Military Tattoo at the Castle and the Fringe Festival. But go out of the City and you can very quickly be into wild open spaces with fresh air and wildlife.
Film crews love Scotland because of the clarity of the air and light for filming and we guarantee you will notice the clean nature of the air in the hills and glens.
Discover Scotland's Nature - untouched coastlines, lochs and islands
Scotland has a lot of water with lochs, coastline and islands. Almost all of which are stunning the history and legends of the Highlands can draw you in as you get lost in events like Culloden, the Jacobites, the Clearances and the never to be forgotten legends like Bonnie Prince Charlie, Rabbie Burns, Rob Roy McGregor and Robert the Bruce. Many people come to Scotland to find the roots of their ancestors and we can help you in that path of discovery (click here for more on ancestry).
You may wish to just chill out with the scenery but if you want more activity why not try the Fishing, hiking with a guide or shooting (camera shoot safaris are possible too). We don't recommend swimming with the whales and the dolphins though unless you are a very experienced swimmer with a good wet suit to keep you warm, but boat trips to them can be pretty good fun.
